Beautiful Anomaly

I thought there was a way to do this
A pattern I was supposed to follow
But the world you have shown me
Is not the world that I know

You're such a beautiful anomaly
A change in the way
The world used to look to me
The perfect irregularity
The miracle I needed to
Change the way I see

I had my mind made up
On the way I was supposed to
Fall in love
Then you came along with
Your sweet smile
And changed the way I was

You're such a beautiful anomaly
A departure in how real
My world used to seem
You took my mind and
Did this to me
The best kind of abnormality

And now that you have me
I've remade in my mind
how love is supposed to be
I only feel it when you're near me
Now that I have you
Everything is perfect, it seems

You are my beautiful anomaly
Unusual enough how you ended up with me
My eyes are open and now I can see
How perfectly you and I
Becomes we

Now I lay me down to sleep, I pray the Lord my soul to keep. If I should die before I wake, I pray the Lord my soul to take and may this song play all the way, through. And if it skip a beat, hit repeat, this the realest shit I ever wrote, this is me. If it skip a beat, hit repeat, This the realest shit I ever wrote, this is me. -Juelz Sanatana, This Is Me, What The Game's Been Missing
